Good question there about boot times and sound quality?

I'm so looking forward to getting mine :D

Crazy Habib, have you got ESIV Oblivion? Are you able to test that out?

yeah, it would be interesting to see what it's like once the SLI kicks in, i heard it's the quietest of all the brands so far, which is excelelnt news, but then i'm not sure what the difference was between a singl 7950 GTX and the SLI Dual was in terms of heat.

if a single 8800 GTX runs cooler on the new machine than the 7950 did on the older machine, then youc an expect at least the dual to run cooler although that's not guaranteed, especially if dual sli 8800 GTX increased/combined more out of the 2 8800s than two 7950s did compared to one, which i think it will, afterall it's not just a faster processor but a faster SLI

weren't the 8800GTX's built with the intention of having an even better performing SLI functionality such that two 8800GTXs in SLI : one 8800 GTX should see a greater increase in power than two 7950GTXs in SLI: one 7950 GTX did... but i ahve no idea

Very good looking lappy. PCMW knows how to spice up a uggly machine :)

    Way to go :)

    Trance
PS: Personally if I was in the US I would buy one at that price as I don't care that much for warranties over a year. Nevertheless other things are also important.
