I was travelling and had my laptop in a bag along with the power adapater, after taking it out and plugging it in my usual two green lights are now both orange or one orange and one green.

The far left light with the plug/power con is orange, the middle light is now green (battery icon) and the right one is of course off.

The output section on the actual AC adapter feels slightly loose so I'm hoping that the battery pack just got messed up during travel and everything should be fine when it is replaced. However, the green light on the ac adapter itself still comes on when plugged into the wall. Has anyone had this happen before and does that sound like the ac adapater is just messed up?

    Thanks for any input.

The left light (power one) stays the same orange color when i take the battery out, the middle battery icon does not light up at all which is expected I assume.

Well crap....Just bought a new power brick and waited for it to arrive from Germany and I still have the same problem. Pluggedin we have one orange light then a green light, and holding the "power" on button nothing happens no attempt to even power up or turn on.....

as pcmicroworks is no longer in business I'm not sure where I should take the laptop to have someone check it out, does anyone know the best way to get a d901c repaired??

    Thanks.
