    Can it play Blu Ray disc movies or just burn data on them.

    Any computer with a bluray drive can. I haven't seen any resellers selling a 5792 with a bluray installed. The drives are still VERY expensive, but can be found at newegg.com and other retailers.

    since i got a poopy comp i dont do too many backups, but would a blue ray cd be ideal for a full backup? o.o
