Doesn't matter, any universal SATA slimline caddy will do. Only need to make sure it's a 9.5 or 12.7mm variety:

For the P37**M-* series it's the 12.7mm you want ( less than $4). Apart from the form factor, the front bezel is also standardised, so it can be transferred from the odd to the new caddy. Speed on this port is limited to SATA II, effectively about 250MB/s for drives, so it's a bit of a waste to drop in an SSD unless you have a spare somewhere. The current Seagate 2TB options are very decent, but you may want to wait until their new BarraCuda/FireCuda series are out, presuming they'll come closer to saturating the bus. The 3.5" version is already available and looks quite promising while its price is about the same.

Yes thank you @t456 do you know when the 2.5 FireCuda is suppose to be released? I was just gonna do like you said 2tb just for game storage and such but if the new Segate hdd's are coming out soon and will be a little faster than 7200 while costing close to the same I might wait for one

Haven't the foggiest, but it can't be far behind. Keep checking StorageReview every week or so. Indeed quite a good idea to have a little patience and wait for the new tech.

You can of course put the SSD in a primary slot containing a HDD and them move the HDD to the caddy and get full speed from both still.
