I got a Jambox today (as well as another BT speaker) and both of them sound great with my Bionic, touch, and HP laptop. The sound from the Sager to the Jambox is so bad it's unlistenable. Anyone have any clue why?

Same here, Jambox works great on my ipad2, but on the Malibal, it is horrendous. I am using the windows 7 default driver; perhaps that has something to do with it?

I've got a Jambox as well. Haven't tried it on my 8150. Now you've got me curious - will post results back.

I don't have any BT headphones. I've got a Tango, Jabra (the kind that clips on a visor), and the Jambox. those are the only BT devices I have.

I really don't know if it's a driver or hardware issue. Going the opposite direction, sound from my Touch sounds OK on the Sager.

I tried the Jambox again and it's working OK--I deleted it and let it pair up again. Sounds normal.

I think it's because there's different Bluetooth profiles for audio. There's one for hands free which sounds terrible and then there's A2DP which sounds relatively all right.

funny, that's what the Jambox tech told me this afternoon when I called for help on an unrelated issue, but mentioned the sound quality issue with the Sager. I'm just glad it's working now, as it sounds very nice.

Your device needs to be connected via A2DP (Bluetooth Advanced Audio). My Sony DR-BT50s sound atrocious if I just use the hands-free option. You must specify A2DP. I'm not sure if Windows 7 can do that with the default driver. I use BlueSoleil and it works every time.

I can't get the Sager to remember the type of connection I'd like. I have to keep going to the bluetooth options and changing it from Telephony, to "Listen to Music/Video" modes each time I use the Jambox. arrgh!
