its kinda hard to explain. but every time i reboot. there brightness changes for a while. ( few seconds then go back again ) as seen in the video. the issue start when i try to format the notebook ( clean the drive ) then its stuck at 30%. after that i forced restart the notebook. that shows me a page from the bios that ask me there a request to delete everything or cancel. i choose cancel. then the notebook restart, and the issue started.

i installed new clean OS ( using usb stick ). and Newest VGA drive. the issue still persist. but when i switch to intel onboard vga ( using the control panel ) theres no issue.

anyone have any idea how to fix this ?

Does the issue occur if you use the original NVidia graphics driver?

Yeah, it wouldn't hurt to make sure that you have the latest BIOS for your computer. What is the switching mode of the GPUs? Is it Optimus, Intel only or nVidia only?

I see... So, if you use the reseller provided nvidia driver does the issue occur?

To be honest, the screen turning white looks like the screen switches off and then back to the GPU. Laptop screens often turn white if they are powered on but not plugged in.
When you say that you clean installed the OS, it seems like you used a USB stick supplied by the reseller because their logo seems to be in place of the Windows boot screen. Is the USB a factory reset image of the hard drive contents?

I think that is still an "upgrade" installation, but I'm not 100% sure. Do you have any access to the original installation? Recovery discs, or similar?

As long as you can run GPU-intensive applications with no issues, then there's likely no hardware failure just around the corner.

Do you have the "adaptive brightness" feature enabled in Windows?

This seems to be related to the NVidia driver you're using, if you disable the NVidia driver, restart, does this issue still remain?

seems like so. its the driver, found someone with a little bit similar issue.

the problem that I tried the newest driver 384.67 and the one that come with the cd. which are really old probably.
now I'm not sure what driver version should I test.
