I have pulled out my Killer Wireless-AC 1535 M.2 card to replace it with an Intel 8265NGW wireless M.2 card.
When gently pulling out the 2 cables, Two of the connectors/pins snapped on the 1535's M.2 card and now the connector/pin is jammed inside one of the cables. The other cable has been cleaned.
Does anyone know a fix?. I have tried cleaning the socket that is attached to the wire, but no luck making the cable attach to the new Intel 8265 board socket (pin).
Can I replace these wires or replace these wires with a better antenna?
Any information will be great!

Some jewlers pliers might be able to get it out. Otherwise speak to your reseller about getting the right cable.

Take a look into one of the AW BGA threads created by @iunlock He show how to fix it. Or see if you can find one of his YouTube videos. Should be pretty forward. He is already tagged. Wait and see.Stress Tech likes this.

Your 1535 looks exactly like mine now, same port simply ripped off the board during very first disassembling...

Thats terrible... I even tried my very best to undo it knowing that this will still happen. This is the second time, but this time the wire has a jammed bit in it.
Thank you @Papusan I will have a search and post it on here for others. -

I have tried searching for @iunlock with anything to do with a wireless M.2 antennas or connectors. I can't seem to find his thread. If anyone finds it: then please post the link here.
Thank you. -

Yep, been there. If your seller is able and willing, get the cables replaced (although it's a pain to do so).
I'd be interested in hearing about any fixes that work for you, otherwise. We just swap out the cable if it's too difficult to pry the stuck piece from the I-PEX connector.Stress Tech likes this. -

It is now sorted. I used a magnifying glass and a sewing needle to inject the broken port from the I-PEX connector. I hate "Killer Wireless" from this episode I have just had! The Intel 8265NGW gave me one to two bars extra on my WIFI signal in the same room. That is a good improvement. And hopefully my internet explorer will be a bit faster... I were sick of the internet connection pauses. The Intel 8265NGW works automatically in Linux too. Thank you all for your help.

It can depend on the router as to which card does the best but if the connector was loose anyway it could explain it.

The connector was never loose.
This is true in some way but...
I had other devices attached to my Virgin 300MPS optical connection router, I even got Virgin to try my connection because of the pauses my P870KM1-G was having. He told me it was the WIFI card or the Killer software. He tried 3 different routers to see if my laptop changed its behaviour... and it didn't. I have now replaced the card with the Intel 8265 and the wireless internet on my laptop is more responsive. I got more signal bars on the laptop now and a better ping in gaming. -

Good to hear! I may have to consider swapping my 1535 out, if that's the case. Thanks for sharing.Stress Tech likes this. -

My wife has swapped from Intel adaptors to my 1535 due to instability from them

I must have had lemons lol.
If you google search "intel 8265 issues" or "Killer wireless 1535 issues" you will see that there is so much hate for that Wireless killer 1535 card that its quite absurd... -
Wireless Wifi is still not soldered on most part of laptops MB. Aka you can switch cards if you aren’t happy with the end results. Not the huge cost. Enjoy the possibility as long it exists
