    My Sager5793: Both my headphone and mic jacks are broken from the bad positioning of these slots. Now I can't use speakers or headphones and have to use the crappy on-board speakers. So frustrating...

    Yeah I have heard this was an issue with some clevo/sager units -fortunately not mine- but i do believe you can contact your reseller, get them to replace the mobo, or, you can get an pcmcia sound card:
