I was told today after talking with the nice people at PcMicroWorks that there is an issue with my 200GB Hitachi 7200Rpm Drives and using them in a Raid 5 array. The problem is that it takes from 30 seconds to a minute for them to be recognized by the RAID controller. There is supposed to be a BIOS update coming to fix this issue. I'll give you more info as I find out about it.
