    Code:
A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage
    to your computer.

The problem seems to be caused by the following file: watchdog.sys

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen,
restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow
    these steps:

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.
If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer
for any Windows updates you might need.

If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware
or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart
your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then
    select Safe Mode.

    Technical Information:

    0xffffe586a988ceb0)

    *** watchdog.sys - Address 0xfffff802de30331e base at 0xfffff802de300000 DateStamp

This literally happens every time whenever I wake my computer up. (This log is from BlueScreenView)

    Blue screen?

Try searching on "watchdog.sys"... There may be solutions similar to this one - https://windowsreport.com/fix-watchdog-error/ ( Note, skip past the top of that site which may be some sort of junk tool, and start reading at "How to resolve BSOD error watchdog.sys in Windows 10"

Note, this was the first link off of my search. Other links may provide better technical support info. YMMV

I don't see the bsod itself but the log seems to be left behind, and yes, I tried DDU

That file is the intel watchdog, you could update the chipset drivers.
