    It may say Early July...
but pretty much when Sager and Pro-Star get it, then they will get it at the near same time.

All right, i need help from who understand here:
I was tired of waiting for this 570RU and went ahead and bought this desktop .
My budget to get both the Desk and the laptop is 3500$ whu not 3600 is i get a good deal .
    Ok
I bought this desktop for $1860 already.
so, now i got $1740 only for this laptop, if i want to buy it now, if i wait 3-4 months i can put more aside to spend on it .
    My questions is :
Is it hard to buy a barebone and add things later ? and is it a good choice or more expencive ?
How do i find parts for it?, Does it need to be from clevo/sager ?
    Could i buy the barebone and built a clevo 2.0Ghz/2GB ram/HD100Gb for $1740 ?
    What yal sugest ?
    Thanks

You can purchase a barebone and upgrade as you go. It will likely be less expensive to purchase the barebone but on the other hand can be more expensive in the long run if you purchase incompatible parts or the parts fail and you have to return them. You also have to do all warranty work on the hardware you installed instead of having one central dealer that assembles and warrants the product (and often pays for all returns for repair for 1 Year). When you order from a dealer it is fully tested and ready to be used right out of the box the day you get it.

You can find parts on the internet from various e-tailers. The processor, ram & hard drive are all industry standard. It would be unlikely to get that kind of hardware for that price. You have around $290 or less left after the barebone for your parts.

In my experience, if you are going to build a barebone, get all the parts and built it all at once. Building it over time is NOT a good idea - if you wait a few months, a better laptop is going to come out with a cheaper pricetag, and then you're going to regret not waiting (since you haven't used the one you bought yet anyway), wonder about returning/selling it and the parts you already gathered - just a mess and a recipe for buyer's remorse. Of course this is all my opinion . . .

Pardon me for asking but . . . why not just get a cheap portable laptop for on-the-go? You already have a beast of a desktop.

I guess barebones are for sellers or something .
I was thinking about a 15" so i could afort it, but i like how the 570ru looks and the BIG 17" 1920x1200 of it and the fpr/cam/mic and i ve been waiting for it . The compal would be nice, but its 1800+ a very decent one and it looks a little very uglyer then the 570ru :/, i now i just realized that my dekstop tower suck and the psu also suck :/

That's ashamed it has MXM yet Clevo doesnt offer a DX10 card as an option. Why not release it now so user wont have to upgrade later and cost more $$

its not Clevo's fault, its on Nvidia's shoulders to design and produce the MXM cards.

No ones fault really... its manufacturing and distributing/shipping that causes the killer waiting periods.
