    Buying Sager from XoticPC.com

    I am thinking about buying the NP2096 from XoticPC.com, and I had a question about the warranty service. I know XoticPC has a very good reseller rating (about 9.8 out of 10), but I also found that SagerNotebook.com has a very low rating (about 5 out of 10). If I buy the the 3 year warranty on Xotic and my laptop then breaks so that I have to use the warranty, will I go through Xotic or through Sager since it says its Sager's warranty?

    It will be serviced by Sager, but i am not sure of which party you will be in contact with during it...most likely you'll be contacting Sager directly, unless XoticPC will be willing to process the claims for you.

    XoticPC will try to help you with any issues up to the point that they believe that it will need a hardware repair or replacement... which is where they will have you ship it to Sager.

    If you buy the Sager Warranty the system will ultimately be serviced by Sager. However we are here to help and can assist if anything were to arise. :)

    do any of the warranties go directly through XoticPC, so that I don't have to deal with Sager?

    You can always deal with us with the Sager warranty and we will set everything up if the circumstances arise. (we will deal with Sager on your behalf) Any of the warranties not labeled as Sager Warranties are through us.

    alright thanks justin that's good to know because I trust you a lot more than I trust Sager itself with its 5 out of 10 rating. Thanks for the help
