This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I'd highly recommend calling them to talk to them about it. They're extremely nice and it usually only takes a few minutes to get through to them.

    Most resellers only ship to billing addresses and/or secondary addresses on the card for security purposes. However, you might be able to get around this with a phone verification, but it really depends on the situation. I know we have been able to work out accommodations for some customers who are in special circumstances, where they are unable to ship to the billing address.

    Another alternative is to pay with a check or bank wire. With this sort of cash payment, any reseller should allow you to ship to any address. :)
