My CPU only maxes out up to 2527 MHz at 100% load, is that normal? I know it's just a 6 MHz difference but hey that is still something. Any ideas?

It's normal, when Intel release their specs for a CPU, they round it off to the next number, for instance, I have a 2.1ghz dual core CPU, but its actual frequency is 2094mhz, 6 off , but that .094 is rounded off to 1, its normal and nothing to worry about my friend.

Right, I guess that was my first thought on it. Thanks.

I have another question. Max multiplier for M860 and P9500 is x10. Why cant we use more than 9.5? Why doenst RMclock recognise the x10?

I have a Quad Q6600 2.40 GHz in my desktop and when I run OCCT, it says overclock=0% which literally means that the CPU is running at 2400.3 GHz max and its original is 2400 MHz. But as I've said with my P9500 lappy, it says overclock=-0.3% which is below the original value of 2533 MHz, what's wrong?

As far as I know the P9500's max multiplier is 9.4, and RMClock as far as I know doesn't recognize half integers so it will down clock it to a 9.0 multiplier.

The max is 10. I`ve seen it on the CPU-Z sometimes (a brief moment) and Everest said max multiplier were 10.

Everest says my max multiplier is 9.5, what could be the problem?

Dont think its a big deal since we cannot use to the x10.

Ok I saw 10x as the max multiplier but it still doesn't go up to 10, just 9.5. Why is that?

Have no idea. Would be nice if someone found a way to use the x10.

I've done stability test on my CPU for 1 hour and the CPU never reached 2533, it maxed out at 2527 really.
