Success! Got 12.7 working, and BF3 seems to play 7-10% better, but I've had 2 BSOD since install. Restoring back to stock until AMD gets their act together.

real talk, they better have an official driver by the end of the month, or i'm just gonna upgrade to 680m and never have to stress about finding a good driver and figuring out how to install it. plus, nvidia drivers are more stable, always had been.

Average via FRAPs was 41....high of 60 (vsync) and low of 24. With stock drivers I was average of 37, high of 60 (vsync) and low of 19. These are on ultra 1080p.

Lived in Juneau and Sitka for 12 years. Now stuck in Texas :(

yeah that's about what I get too. 12.7 feels like it makes it stay on 40-60 longer but it still goes down lower than 30 at times. I noticed when I use a sniper rifle and start aiming at the scope my FPS jumps all the way up to 100 FPS with v-sync disabled, that's good news for me since I snipe a lot.

I hope AMD will release some solid, official drivers soon :) We got to be nice to them, if we curse them on the forums, AMD WILL know :). So let's be nice :)

We have the right to demand our 1500-2000 dollar laptops to run right out of the box... I'm kicking my self right now for going back to AMD, I mean they can't get their drivers right, what made me think they will get something like automatic gpu switching technology to run right? seriously...

it just came out... optimis was garbage for nearly a year after it came out... Nvidia is just now releasing official driver support for the mobile kepler cards which have been out for months... your argument is flawed

It does suck that GPU companies don't provide capable drivers with their more than capable GPU's.

I've tried the stock drivers MULTIPLE times and got BSODS and Black Screens. It's lame -_-.

I don't understand why and neither does Eurocom; my reseller...
