This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I have a 5790 and haven't messed around with the CATV port. I didn't purchase the mini TV tuner, but shouldn't I be able to hook up a cable to it since it is CATV or does that port only work with the mini tuner? Thanks for any help.

    It only works if you have the TV-tuner installed. Hook up all the cables you will but it won't work :)
