    Hey guys
just got my p170em with 7970m. I installed all the drivers from the CD after installing windows. I went to the AMD site and downloaded and installed the latest beta over the Drivers in the CD. Now I cannot open AMD settings from anyplace. It simply crashes. Any idea what I should do to get this working?

    Uninstall the drivers. express.

    restart.

program files/x86, check both. Delete all the folders that have amd in it.

    restart.

Install latest 13.6 beta 2 or official 13.6

    restart.

    everything should be all sweet.

hey. Thanks for the reply. I had to reformat my drive for partitions and therefore had to reinstall windows. I skipped the amd drivers in the cd and installed the latest beta directly from the website(i think its beta 6). Yes, everything is sweet now i think. Will install a few games to see how it performs though. Thanks
