Hi i have a CLEVO M570TU with a nvidia 8800M GTX. The right shift doesn't work but the left does.

Right shift doesn't work, I tried on games to associate this key with actions but it doesn't recognize the key. I also tried to take the plastic key out and pressing still doesn't work.
Also tried a program called autohotkey but the key still isn't recognized.

Can you tell me what can be the problem, how can I diagnose it/ fix it?

    Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the NBR forums. :)

you can try to see if the keyboard cable is faulty or loose....

remove the keyboard (very easy) by pressing the 4-5 retractable tabs that runs along the top of the keyboard... with a flat heatscrewdriver
    - then the keyboard should come off.
    - examine at the cable
    - then carefully remove the cable and re-secure it down.

    See it that helps.

If not, then you can try to do a KBC/keyboard firmware update.
