    good morning
Sorry if you do not understand me well, because I live in Brazil and I can not speak English, so I'm using the google translator.

I have a notebook EUROCOM Neptune Model 2.0 (CLEVO P170EM) and wonder if it is possible to use RAID with the UEFI-enabled Windows 8.

I've tried to do this type of installation, I had no more success.
First, it enabled the RAID in the bios and saved, through the program of intel build the RAID my two SSDs.
Returned activating the option in the bios windows OS 8 and also the UEFI, then saving again.
What happens after the windows start the installation is that it does not recognize the drives or SSDs in RAID or my other momentus HDD to install.
If by chance I disable the option in UEFI bios, installation happens smoothly.

    Can you help?
Is there way to install windows 8 in UEFI with RAID active?
    thank you

    Hi rasb30!
You need to install the proper RAID driver during Windows installation. Otherwise, Windows will not recognize it.

Here is a discussion you may refer to on how to do this. I hope it helps!
