    I keep getting this clr error 80004005 every time i try to open up some of my programs. im not sure how to fix it. any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Quick googling suggests that it may be a .NET conflict. Do you have some Beta/RTM or multiple installations of .NET on your machine? Check to make sure you don't have multiple of the same revisions installed as well.

    i have the windows 8 dev preview installed on another partition, which i am going to delete soon.
