    Okay, first of all let me just say that posting threads on this board seems to be the only form of communication I can get with kobalt.

    1. I cannot register at their forum (I get an invalid referrer error message)
    2. Neil does not respond to PMs
    3. [email protected] returns a delivery status notification failure
    4. I can't afford international calls

    So if anyone from Kobalt could respond, here's my message:

    1/ no idea why you get that message. ive just done 2 test joins and it works fine and there are new members joining daily without any problems reported.

    2/ Neil has a buisiness to run and he only gets on here in his spare time.that is why its best to use their forum.

    3/ its [email protected] and NOT .com this is why you get a bounce back.

    4/ a less than a minute call to leave a message with your phone number so they can call you back wont cost that much even at international rate and it will be a lot quicker than me relaying messages all the time.

    it is a bank holiday weekend so the office wont reopen again until tuesday morning.

    If you have been emailing me (as both myself and the nbr moderators asked you to) at the wrong address then that explains why I wasn't receiving your emails several months ago. As MrDJ mentioned, all our email addresses are .co.uk as per my email address in my signature. All the Kobalt contact details are listed on our website under "Contact Info".

    As MrDJ said I am often extremely busy with work and sometimes don't have time to get on nbr for several weeks at a time - I don't want it to come across that I am ignoring you, because I am not. I had a pm from MrDJ on our forum about this post and am therefore replying.

    If you contact us through the proper channels then we will help you out, if we don't know about your request then we can't help.

    Please send an email to [email protected] and one of our engineers will be happy to get back to you on Tuesday (Monday is a public holiday here).

    I don't know what's going on with the forum but we haven't had any other reports of joining issues, sems a strange one.
