    Can any one able to reach mythlogic using their contact numbers

    I have been trying from past 1 hour but no one is answering phone at mythlogic.My order status used to show Summoning till yesterday and today it is showing as Pre-order when checking online.Its for Clevo 15" with 7970m.I sent email also but no response came.Can any one check and confirm whats happening please

    Well, their store hours are 10-6 Eastern M-F. If you'd been tryin for about an hour from before your original post, that would've been ~6:10pm their time. Shop was closed..

    They are almost always on email. It's likely that they were shut.

    Live chat is a good option as well if you can wait a little.

    Yeah, email's a good way to reach them. Sometimes even at 2am :p

    Their chat usually is the same as their store hours unless they're up working on a release like for IB..

    Even though these people post on forums, we all have to remember and respect that businesses still have business hours.

    It's cool that they do that sometimes, but I'm just saying we shouldn't expect them to answer emails after business hours. If they do, take it as a bonus, but don't get upset if they wait until the early AM hours to get back to you.

    Well Josh and Jeff are two of the three co-owners of the company. If they are anything like most small business entrepreneurs I've met they never turn off and are always working to improve or maximize their business.

    Charlie Brown helped found Mythlogic? :p That's awesome.

    Now that Malibal has left the NBR scene, it seems like Mythlogic's really picking up in popularity here. When I read through the P150HM/P151HM owner's lounges back in December, it really seemed like reseller popularity is a trend, every few months someone else starts to get a wave of good reviews and everyone starts buying from them. Glad it's Mythlogic's turn now :)

    Hey Guys,

    Thanks for the complements. Yea we do sleep, sometimes, and yea once we leave the shop we can't hear the phone ring. Sometimes we do leave right at 6, sometimes we are there till 2A, but after 6p EST the easiest thing is email.

    I know we are the weirdos that work on good ole EST :)

    good job on mythlogic though. Live chat was pretty impressive service also.

    I do think that mythlogic should just dump their forums as it is useless they get a whole lot more marketing and positive reviews on these forums.

    Yeah Mythlogic has always responded well into the hours of the night to help me out. I purchased a couple of 6990s from them for my M17X R2. Been by the shop many times and had a lot of correspondence via email and chat. They have great support. I wouldn't expect them to answer after hours, but a lot of times they do and it is appreciated.

    If aliens hadn't abducted me and implanted a chip in my brain that makes me buy Alienware, I'd have a Mythlogic laptop.

    I don't think that I've seen anyone post anything recent on their forums. It's probably safe to say that this is their primary forum.

    Yea, we pretty much use this as our official unofficial forum. Updating our forum is on the ole todo list, but I'm sure you guys want laptops more than a forum :p

    Only reason we have it is because it integrates with our order system.

    They have replied promptly with their emails.On their website though it was listed contact hours Hours: Monday-Friday: 10:00AM to 8:00PM EST
    Saturday-Sunday: Noon to 6:00PM EST in contact us section.I called them around 7 PM their time after looking at the website.Only later i came to know we should call by 6 P.M

    I am very happy with my purchase.Waiting patiently like others.May be mods can delete this thread.I tried but could not find a way to delete it

    If we click contact us link it shows sales contact till 8pm and support till 10pm where they have all contact info.But i think it may be only related to email support.I saw the timings there and called them on phone thinking they are phone contact hours also

    hizzaah's quote is correct, phone support is only available during business hours (10-6 EST, 12-6 Sat/Sun) unless previous arrangements have been made via chat/email. We often answer email at all hours of the day though, so shoot us a note anytime!
