I've my Sager NP 8662 (ie Clevo M860TU) hooked up to an external ASUS VG236H 120 Hz 3D monitor, but for some reason the 120 Hz refresh option refuses to show up as a settings option (Only up to 60 Hz at 1920x1080, up to 75 Hz at 1280x1024 and lower). Also when I try to make it as a custom resolution (1920x1080p @ 120 Hz) in the Nvidia CP it just gives me a black screen? I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate, a Nvidia Quadro FX 3700M which is supposed to support 3D vision, I'm connecting to the monitor w/ a dual link DVI cable, the NP8662 is supposed to support dual link DVI, and I have the latest drivers.
Any ideas?

Quadro FX 3700M can support 3D vision
but the problem is clevo
if they dont update the old cards driver........no luck.......even refresh rate
just like my gtx480m use stock 257.30 259.51 cant run 3d, and i use driver for 485m 265.77 then 3d works -
any workaround for this, making custom refresh rates in the driver or something?

Are you sure I have the Forceware driver Version 266.58 WHQL on the GTX460 which I got of nvidia website under mobile section.

Ok, according to this review of a different branded version of the Clevo M860TU ( JUAL: HIGH END GAMING Laptops for SALE!! Alienware,Sager,Asus, MSI,HP,Toshiba,Dell, Sony,.. - Page 16 - Kaskus - The Largest Indonesian Community) the DVI port is "not of the dual-link variety." Guess the dual-part part in th specs only means it can be used w/ a dual-link DVI cable but the signal itself is still single link (which is incompatible with 120Hz and 3D vision). And of course the HDMI port on laptop, like all the HDMI ports on the market right now are only Type A (the one with 19 pins) which is the equivalent to Single-link DVI, whereas Type B (with 29 pins) is the equivalent of dual-link DVI and isn't even on the marketet yet... If that's true than I'll have to just use the monitor with my desktop...
Can't enable 120 Hz on Sager NP 8662?
