What model laptop do you have? Have you changed anything, hardware or software recently?

np9377sm-a the only software I have tried to change is in Nvidia Control Panel I am trying to enable SLI but when I do that I have to restart and once I restart then the drivers disappear, control panel disappears, so I have tried a few different drivers and haven't gotten anything to work properly, any help would be great!

yes it has always worked fine, I have a dual boot win7 and win10, in windows 7 SLI works fine control panel works fine, but i windows 10 I have to install the driver every boot and I never get SLI to work since after I install the driver I enable it in control panel then when I restart the drivers are gone

Are you just using drivers from the NVidia website? I think Windows 10 can be picky with modded drivers. Does Windows 10 try to install any drivers by itself?

I download the new drivers from nvidia then I use D.D.U to uninstall everything, Then I go into nvidia control panel and turn sli on and restart to no drivers loaded at all no software loaded,..its very weird.

Did you try a new version of the nvidia drivers?

I own a P377SM-A with 880M's in SLI and never had a single problem

You said this is only happening in Win 10, not in your Win 7 image? Is the Win 10 install a new/clean installation?

Does device manager show both cards without warnings and as having drivers installed?

Yeah, it's sounding like there could be a fault with either one of the cards or the cable.

No Windows 10 is my old daily OS, windows 7 is a fresh new os for me to use, and If I can't fix SLI in windows 10, which I am suprised there haven't been more people posting here trying to help me. But if I can't get SLI to work in win10 I guess I will make windows 7 my daily OS......which I don't mind its just a waste having all my files games apps documents pictures everything stored on the Windows 10 side of things

Try a fresh install of 10 to see if something funky has happened to the OS.

You can also try running one card at a time (physically remove one) to see if one of them is down.
