    Can't get TV Tunner to work in my Sager 9261

    Hi how do I enable the TV Tuner in Sager 9261 I have order it but my Windows Vista does not pick it up can some one help thanks.

    No I have windows vista home premium and when i press fn + f10 my webcam work but not my tv tuner.

    Strange, it should work since the version Home Premium has the Media Center. Are the drivers rightly installed? What do you see under device manager?

    Hi 6edo in my device manager it does not pick it up and I am not sure why I also have ask Justin to make sure that I order with a TV Tuner and he say ya its in there so I am not sure what to do. I will call the tech support on Friday when I have time but if someone can help me out before then that would be grate thanks.

    strange... well if you got the remote control, I suppose they didn't forget to install the card. So if it doesn't appear under device manager (even as a unknown device) it means that somenthing is missing or not rightly installed.

    I have finally talk to the tech support and they were very help full they told me that the TV Tuner has been delayed but they will ship it to me in 2 or 3 days so I would have to install it my self but that cool. Thanks again to XOTIC PC.

    Hi, guys I just got my tv tuner card for this laptop and there is no manual on how to install it can someone help me out. I can't seem to find a manual on how to open the laptop and install the tv tuner.

    I allready opened my NP9261 from underneath. To check harddisks and inspect the tremendous cooling system. I didn't see a tuner card mount, so I guess it might be under the keyboard. You should be able to take that out by carefully releasing the four springs that hold it into place. There will be (guess again) a metal heatspreader under the keyboard that can be removed by releasing some screws. Then (guess again) if you are lucky, you will notice a place where the tuner card can be mounted.

    Hi, hanko panko I was hoping someone would show me where it is. I look in the manual and there is no step by step on how to install the tv tuner card. I will email XOTIC PC to have them show me how I don't want to damage my system.

    Hi guys I just install the tv tuner and its super easy and it is under the keyboard. I will post some picture later and show you guys how to install it.
