What happens if there's a problem with a laptop and I have to send it back from xoticpc from Canada? What kind of fees would there be as oppose to sending it within Canada... Has anybody gone through this process?

    Thanks

Many member here have ordered through XoticPC from Canada (as well as worldwide).

I am sure they will voice their experiences soon. :)

They seem to have a great service and Im seriously considering buying one (when it will come out :p)

From Quebec, I calculated that it would cost around $40 to have a 15'' laptop shipped back there with insurance coverage.

But I found this on their website: "" For Canadian Customers XOTIC PC covers return shipping at our expense during the Warranty period.* "" I really like that kind of policy. Only con is that they don't refund shipping if you want to have a refund (but why would want that anyway :p)

its basically what livesoft said, you send it back at your expense and they send it back to you on their expense

livesoft, they don't pay for shipping when you want to return the notebook, even if you are in the US, so no downside there.
