This notebook doesn't have SKU# in the motherboard or something, so maybe problem happens because of that. While installation it says that driver is not intended for this platform... Windows 8.1 Embedded Industry Pro with update x64.
I create an AIDA64 report, if this can help resolve the problem.

You're running Windows 8.1 Embedded? Or am I misunderstanding? (The Airplane Mode driver is not officially supported in that edition.)
-
Yes, Embedded. But i should talk to you - i can't install this driver on any versions of Windows i tried.
I tried this on Windows 8 Single Language & Windows 8.1 Single Language with the same error. Language of all OS is Russian. -

Language won't affect the driver. Where are you getting the driver from (if you have a link, please provide it)? -
I have this driver from manufacturer's DVD (local manufacturer - DNS). Here it is (all files): https://yadi.sk/d/bPXzmr3ndHtSh

If you're running the autoplay.exe, the disc could be defaulting to the wrong driver. My suggestion is to remove the driver you have now and download the one you need from your laptop reseller's support page (or use the driver provided by Sager). We've had cases where the autoplay launched the installer menu, which used the wrong driver. -
Ok, so i need to go to the page 17.3" [Home] ÐоÑÑбÑк DNS (0802883) (HD+), Ñ Ð°ÑакÑеÑиÑÑики, оÑзÑвÑ, ÑоÑо, Ñена. ÐÑпиÑÑ Ð² DNS. select Windows 8.1 x64 driver and install? I just did it, without "autoruns.exe" - just tried to install directly *.inf files. In archive there *.inf for x86 and x64, no one works. No one!
Is there a possibility of a mistake, maybe in archive (and in the DVD) all *.sys files compiled for x86 platform?! -

You installed the chipset driver before any other driver, correct? I suppose the x86 mixup is possible, but it seems unlikely since you mentioned there were x64 files also. The autorun only applies to the disc, so try the installer ('setup') from your download if you have not tried that. -
Yes.
The dumpbin.exe utility says that x86 *.sys is still 14C machine (x86) file, and x64 *.sys is 8664 machine (for ??? architecture). So there is probably everything is ok, no mixups. However, this utility is not intended for analyzing files with *.sys extension, but can load all files for next analyzing.............
But it just doesn't do anythng useful. After reboot driver still absent.
I should also say - i did experiment with integrating all of necesary drivers into windows image, and then install windows.
Operation system change warning from "not intended for this platform" to other. It was something like "driver have compatability issues and was disabled". -

Very strange, Full inu! I'm afraid I am at a loss on this one. This thread has had over 250 views as of this post, so hopefully someone will step in and offer advice.

This is very sad
Btw, in store where i buy this notebook, all drivers were installed. Airplane driver was version 1.3.0.0!
So.. what, if the only right solution - somehow forced this driver to install?
Anyway, the impossibility for average user to install this driver from official driver dvd is so shameful. -
Finally i do it.
I install this driver on fresh-installed system by clicking on setup.exe in driver's directory:
But it mean - this driver can't be installed via inf-file.
How i can create a request to fix this problem? It's the first driver in my life with this strange way to install - nobody do this, even Nvidia :hi2: -

When we talked about running the 'setup.exe', you said you did that and it didn't work.
Did something change?? (I'm glad you got it to work, by the way.)
It's not considered a "problem." People generally install all of their drivers via the corresponding .exe files, or they sometimes compile them into a batch installer. -
1-2) I install it in the another way:
СовмеÑтимоÑть драйвера Ñ Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ð¾Ð¹ Windows 10 и 8.1 отÑутÑтвует. - Microsoft Community
3) You may remember the way Windows installs drivers during upgrades within versions. FAIL. -
And yeah, i try to upgrade 8.1 to 10 TP (Build 9879) without this damn
driver and with it.
With it i get BSOD and Windows says: attempting to restore previous version of Windows... btw, after waiting i get windows 10 after all... -> but driver for Airplane was not installed :hi2: (do you remember my words about the way DISM install drivers during big version upgrades?).
It seems that it's the only driver in whole notebook system, developed by CLEVO. Or by Insyde, but the setup.exe signed by CLEVO.
Well... you'd better ask Microsoft for redeveloping this small 25 kb piece of **** and code clean, because this driver is not ready for Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 upgrades, that will happen in October or something, when MS will release Windows 10.
I even have a doubt that this driver will even be in Windows Update.
I'm a noob, but msdn pages says that
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/hardware/ff549520(v=vs.85).aspx
Cannot install Insyde Airplane HID Mini Driver on Clevo modification notebook (W65_67SF).
