I'm thinking of switching out my Intel 6230 network card for a Bigfoot card.
Is that hard to do? Can someone please give me instructions to do this, thanks.
By the way, where can I find a Bigfoot card for a good price?

What is the advantage of using a bigfoot card compared to an intel 6300?

But I'm reading that they have so much issues? And Intel has higher raw throughput?

well bigfoot cards are known to have lower ping times than intel cards, to be honest though unless you care so much about it the stability and compatibility offered by intel cards are much better than bigfoot cards.

of course that was coming from my desktop experience

    Hello kabayan.

In what module interface do bigfoot cards present themselves in the desktop world, PCIE?
