Any advice on how to clean sager np8662?
I removed the biggest panel from the bottom and there seems to be hardly any debris there. Is it stuck somewhere deeper inside? I haven't cleaned it since I got it almost 2 years ago.
Do I need a service manual?

    Thanks.

Unscrew the fan and blow out the dust which is inside the heatsink. It is 4 screws iirc. Get a can of air. If you havent cleaned it in 2 years, there will be a lot of dust there.

Refer to the User Manual, for how to remove the keyboard.

Is the dust in the fan and vent the only dust that is affecting performance?

How is performance affected? Is there excess heat, is the system slowing down or does your fan whine?

Its hard to tell, because the dust builds up gradually and you don't really notice a change.

I think the machine is a lot noisier than when I got it.

Back to my question, is there anything else to clean besides vents/fan for better performance?

That covers it. You could also try taking off the CPU and reapplying thermal paste (unless they use that thermal pad), but really, I don't think it'd be worth it.
