Although my computer is fairly brand new (2-3 months), I see oily marks on my touch pad and keyboard from my fingers.. I do try to keep it clean, but it doesnt seem to go away so easily.

What is the best way to remove these marks?

I have tried that, but its still fairly visible. (Tried using alcohol too, but still the same; unless i should use a specific percentage alcohol)

Also excuse my bad grammar, English is not my first language.

That's okay. I can understand you just fine. English isn't my first language either, but I don't pity myself over it. You can try a little bit of citrus cleaner diluted with water.

Hmm, are there any other options? I have tried a lot of things with my old laptop before and hardly any really worked so i would like to know all my possible option.

If you're talking about oily marks, then those should go away with citrus cleaner. If it doesn't, it's probably the matte finish finally rubbing off the keys, which is a normal sign of wear. If you think they are indeed oily marks, then all I have to say is wash your hands before you type.

Haha, always do that to prevent, but still shows up after some use.

Well thanks a lot.. Will try this and see how it is.
