Anyone have a guide or some tips on cleaning out the insides of a 5792/3.... I think its gotta be getting pretty dusty in there (1+ years no cleaning) and want to open it up and dust it / clean it out....

Plus maybe replace some of the thermal solutions... Any tips on cleaning and reapplying thermal paste to the CPU etc. would be great.

You should spray it with Compressed Air, to get dust out. Spray the fans too.

To reapply thermal paste, just wipe the current paste off, and put on the new paste. Spread it out flat, like with a credit card, in the same place as the old paste, and about the same thinkness of the old paste. A little thicker is ok, but not too thick. ;)
Sager usually uses Arctic Silver 5, so you shoudlnt need to reapply, look at the condition of the paste first.

If you have taken the heatsink off to inspect the paste, you MUST reapply new paste as you will have ruined the seal on the old paste.
