these 8130 and 8150 models both have a webcam built in right?

Is it fairly decent? Good enough to skype?

ya built in. Wish someone could show us the webcam quality of these models even though it's only 2.0 mpx -- could be better than the typical 2.0 mpx from HPs? I dunno

The webcam quality isnt that great imo, but i havent had any laptop so far that would have a better one either. I dont really use webcams so maby wait for someone who has more expirience with them to give a verdict.

Honestly I think the webcams in these machines are horrible.....My lenovo (x120e/2 mp) was def better as well as my Acer One (722-0473/.3 mp). I have not used my 8150 for video chat yet, but in a fully lit room the picture is dark/very dark and sometimes grainy. I was surprised that the Acer netbook's webcam was better. If anything, just get an external webcam.
