So I bought a Clevo 150em for about 4 months ago.
It has worked completely fine up until now (except for the whole amd thingy), but a week ago it just would not charge anymore.
The computer works completely fine with the power chord connected, but when it is removed it dies, even tho the battery is at 46%.
I have tried another brand new battery, but it does not work.
When it is connected it says that the battery is charging, but the percentage of the battery never rises.
Any ideas as to what it can be?
The computer has never been OC or messed with in any other way.

Could be a faulty connection with the battery, or a faulty controller. You can try a EC reset by removing the battery and power supply adapter for 3 - 5 minutes (press and hold the power button for 4+ seconds as well to drain the current). We had a system recently with the same issue, but I don't think it has been inspected/fixed yet.

is the other battery exactly the same make and model.
i would contact your reseller and get it replaced. depending on reseller batterys are covered for either 6 months or 1 year.
if that is then also faulty the lappy needs to be rma'd back to them for a repair. -
The other battery is from the same re-seller and is the exact same model.
I live in Norway, so the warranty is two years, so it should be easily covered by it. I just wondered if it was something other then hardware, that i might be able to fix -
i think batterys are only covered for 1 year but everything else 2 years. check their warranty terms.
you could try battery care or battery bar in my signature below which will show you more info on the battery compared to the windows info. -
Tried the EC reset fix, sadly it didn't seem to make any difference.
I have used HWiNFIO64 to check out the battery and everything seems to be fine there, both with the old and the new (the old has a tear level of 8%)
I just received a mail from the Re-seller, and they think that there is a malfunction in the motherboard.
2 years for battery, 3 for computer it seems -
wow, who's the reseller.
hopefully a new motherboard will sort it out once and for all and you can enjoy your lappy. -
