This is a Clevo branded Nvidia 1080 Graphic card that went out and The exact same problem happened to a 1070 i put in the laptop also. It is a digital storm laptop that i bought which is a sager one but with a few mods they did to it. I just got that 1070 car 4 months ago and it just went out just like the one before. I am not sure what i should do. Im to the point of ripping the laptop apart and selling for parts. Not sure i want to keep putting graphics cards in this money pit. I have Alienware laptops that are over 7 to 10 years old and never had issues still and same for my MSI one i bought last year. Would like to see what i can do.

Are you monitoring the temperature of your system components?
What kind of mods digital storm did exactly?
What heatsink you have for the GPU?
Where did you get your second card, who installed it for you and is it new or used?
What vBIOS was flashed to the GPU? What BIOS was flashed to the Motherboard?
Did you try to overclock or play with OC in general?

If you like, post some pictures for both cards from both sides.

I mean I've had a P150HM running for 8 years now, that doesnt mean every laptop will last that long. We need to know what is actually happening before anything else. Also, if I remember correctly, Digital Storm cards come with 12 month warranty so have you tried contacting them? Especially if the so called mods are actually causing issues
