    I wonder, does a "health package test" for notebooks exists?

    I installed and then removed Clevo control center, and I'm afraid the stupid thing has overclocked CPU and GPU. I believe the fan is getting more "independent".

    Apologies if it is the wrong section, unsure of where to post.

    Which laptop do you have and what BIOS is it on? Depending on the BIOS you can set it to have no user overclocking in the BIOS

    I have been testing the newer P775DM3-G laptops and have found that they work much better with the 5.0001.0.50 control centre than they do with the one that ships with it or with no control centre at all.

    The fans are subject to the EC firmware. Are you also experiencing high temps?

    You can use MSI Afterburner to monitor your clocks; that will tell you whether you're OCed or not.
