    Clevo D400E BIOS update

    Hi all,

    has anyone successfully updated the original Phoenix BIOS 4.06 6/6/2003 rev 1.02 on the Clevo D400E/ D410E series laptop??

    Have tried using winphlash 1.3 build 46 but get the following error msg every time...

    "corrupted interface descriptors in the new BIOS file.
    Part Table Signature not found in the interface.
    error code: -161 "

    BIOS file used was D9C_22.WPH which is Supposed to be a Sager 4060/ Clevo D400E/ D410E series equivalent. But is the Sager 4060 Mboard same as D400E I wonder?
