This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Hey, I have a friend with a good ol D900c with a 5.0a motherboard.

    His last Gefoce 7950 is kicking the bucket so we were kinda looking into possible replacements... (XD His secondary card apperently kicked the bucket ages ago)

    As noted, he has a 5.0a MB. I know *offically* these boards don't support newer cards, but fishing around (preticulary in this forum) some folks seem to have gotten said working...

    Anyone want to speak up on what/how they got working on what revision? XD Would have been brilliant to collect said info somewhere.
