Hi all, just got my Clevo d901c with quad core and 9800m gt SLI. Im running Vista 64 and the first time i tried 3dmark 06 with basics drivers i got a score of 14500 (about). Now i use much more recent drivers and my score seems to change everytime...from 13300 to 14000. I tried the old drivers then (with driver cleaner) and it still does the same thing![]()
Is it normal ? or is there something i should worry about ? I just find it weird...a 1000 points different is huge but well....waiting for your advices![]()

The_Observer 9262 is the best:)
I have seen a difference of 500 points with drivers on systems.
-
Yeah but if i run 3d mark 06 twice the score will change....very weird.
-
omg, i managed to go down to 13100 at 3d mark....there must a a poblem no ?
-
Subject Up !
Weird...i dont know but i did a clean install of VISTA 64 and i put stock drivers.
3d mark gave me a 13800 score and then i just pushed the button again and i got a 14200 score...
I suppose SLI does not give the exact same score al the time...well who knows. -

Ok thanks a lot i was afraid
I ll try latest drivers then cause they might be better for gaming.
-
im getting ready to load 64 bit, so ill let you know what i come up with.
-
Tell you what, my setup managed a 7400 score one time with the improper drivers...
Usually get below 11k since I have a lower end dual core...
Your scores are perfectly normal.
It`s the gaming results that count... -

I didn`t find a reason to justify the 400$ price tag for it, so I stuck to my T8300.
It does the job, just wish I could OC it a bit... -
ahh, gotcha.... so what's the max you over clock it to now?
