Originally it had 2 8800M GTX. They both died, I bought another 8800M GTX and it also died a year later.

    Without a card I only have a heavy paper-weight.

Do you suggest I could buy another compatible card, like a 260M GTX or 280M GTX?

Also, can you point me out to sellers preferably in the EU? Or perhaps somebody here has a used one for sale?

Here's a couple of photos of my old card, so you can see the slots etc.

    Thanks for any help.

    welcome
my 9800gt died in my m860tu and was replaced with a 260gtx so im guessing the 9800 was a re badged 8800 so it should fit but im no expert.
the other problem is finding one.

you could try this company in birmingham in the uk clevoweb, the one stop source for all clevo and clevo brankded product spares and repairs

also have you thought about the baking method which has helped hundreds on here to resurrect their dead cards.

Thanks. Unfortunately it seems Clevoweb doesn't have graphics card for the D901C, though I did send him an email just in case.

I'll be trying the oven trick... nothing to lose there.

In the meantime, if someone has anything used for sale here I'll consider it. (I had wanted to make a WTB thread in the appropriate forum, however I have no posting rights there).

I appreciate if you keep the ideas coming.
    Thanks.
