    Hi to all,

I have a "problem" regarding the VDDC of my 580M.
I have flashed the bios attached (the last for clevo 580M) with P15 @ 0.87v (and I guess is P0-full 3D voltage.)
While in windows XP, also using hardware acceleration of Firefox, (in P0) GPUZ read a VDDC of 0.92v . MSI Afterburner is not able to read my current voltage; while nvidiainspector is reporting 0.87v in the overclocking tab BUT reading 0.92v as current voltage!

I guess there is a P1 voltage stuck @ 0.92v but I didn't modify it as in NiBiTor the corrisponding P12 is greyed out! I thought it should be @0.87v or 0.85v, certainly I was not expecting 0.92v kicking in when "low power 3D" is required and then switching to a lower 0.87v for the full3D.

I wanted the standard voltage over the previous overvolted 0.92v P0 bios because of temperature. After flashing I've noticed a certain lowering in temps (85° in full load on Clevo P150HM @750Mhz core) but I still wanted lower temps and standard voltage. The fact really bothering me is the GPU fan forced to kick in when I scroll down a web page for example because the card switch from 0.80v to a useless 0.92v increasing the temperature of 10° fast..

Could you please check my bios and tell me where I've mistaken ?
    Am I missing something?

Is it safe to flash a DELL vbios onto a CLEVO card in order to get the P12 voltage modification?
because strangly only clevo vbios has this option grayed out, while in AW, DELL and MSI vbios is possible to lower it with nibitor.

Also flashed 70.24.44.00.06 GTX 675M CLEVO VBIOS and the "problem" remain.
    I've modded it with nibitor to P1 0.85v and P0 0.87v . The 675m bios has 4 P states (or as it seems) so 0.8v, 0.8v, 0.85v, 0.87v.
There SHOULD BE NO 0.92v Pstate BUT
Any software shows that transition between 2D and some sort of "full power 2D" (not 3D) (like when loading GPUZ or Scrolling in firefox o r loading MSI Kombustor) it ramps up to 0.92v and it is not misread since temps ramps a lot!
Then, once at full power, in 3D , I can see it LOWERING to 0.87v as setted in the P0 state. After closing the 3D game/bench/app it lowers to 0.85v (so P1 state is present!! ) (405Mhz) and 0.8v .

I don't understand what's going on: is there a 5th p state of transition in my vbios?

Or is it some sort of strange behaviour of my P150HM (with latest bios/EC) ??

Please someone check my vbioses as I guess NiBitor is outdated
