Try going through the mobility center,
Windows key + x -> Mobility Center -> Keyboard brightness

Not sure if you can toggle it through Clevo software, but try the function key (fn) and whatever looks like dim the keyboard light.

There is no keyboard option in the mobility centre, and the fn with dim key isn't working

Well, the way I turned it off on my Clevo, was by unplugging the RGB ribbon cable. :) Weird that Clevo Control Center doesn't have an OFF button for it.

Just like you I faced a lot of problem to switch off the keyboard backlight on my new N950TP6. No Mobility Center here either. First time I installed LEDs Keyboard Setting https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/leds-keyboard-setting/9nhg85rqczn0#activetab=pivot:overviewtab then I finally managed to get the LED off. Just after I installed Control Center https://www.microsoft.com/nb-no/p/control-center-30/9n6wg0g8b041#activetab=pivot:overviewtab That software was too disturbing and I uninstalled it. After that LEDs Keyboard Setting didn work any longer. I tried to reintall but the same error messages all the time "No support this module!!" The only way to switch off the backlight now is to use Fn + F12 to let the laptop Sleep and then press the power button again to activate it - then with the backlight off.
