It has been a long time since i used my notebook and also i am going to reformat it as it became so slow.. So i want to find out what is the current BIOs version and best 8800 graphic driver right now for my Clevo. And also, what other notable updates do i have to install for my notebook?

    Thank you so much!

9800M GT = 8800M GTX with a new label, nothing more, nothing less.
And there's no such thing as "best driver". You can pick whichever you like here.

remember to make sure you installed:
    - the updated Intel chipset drivers
    - the updated and stable Nvidia drivers

    Make sure:
    - to set your Windows Power Options to "Max Performance"
    - to disable Nvidia Powermizer (in the Nvidia Control Panel)

and no, its not worth it since you will be buying the same card pretty much.

I hope you realize the 8800M GTX is the same specs as the 9800M GT.

    They just have different names.

Why would he want to run his CPU at maximum clocking at all time?

What works for one card does not necessarily work for another card of the same model. Best to try and test for yourself.
