I know this is a long shot...
Ive been getting some troubles with mine, but before i RMA it i would like to ask of the assistance of another N570TU owner or the equilivant Sager - which i think is 5796).
Running the laptop at its native res (1920x1200) When i switch to 59hz mode im getting a nasty blue line down the side of the Steam games application - its on the shop page on the left of the window, also this blue line is evident during the change over from 60hz to 59hz, for a few seconds while the display is refreshing the screen goes black and you can see the line.
I pretty much bed/chair bound at the moment due to a mangled knee, so im not looking forward to loosing my laptop :(

You can see the blue line and the fuzz that goes across the screen. Infact using 59hz the black part to the left of the screen is all fuzzy blue.

Below is the blue fuzz i see when in the normal 60hz mode (this goes away when in 59hz mode).

So you see this blue artifacting even at the normal 60hz?. Is it only with steam or also when booting up and playing games?

When I have had blue artifacts I have to remove the 3d driver in safe mode just to be able to get in windows because of a broken card.

Maybe just you monitor cable is a little loose or something.
