I have a Clevo M57RU-U and installed a used Nvidia Fx3700m. When i install the driver on WINDOWS 7 64bit a have black screen or white screen. I have updated the bios to the last version and ec firmware. Is there a special driver or i have problem with the card? Can someone give me an appropriate driver?

Have you got another machine to test the card in? Usually if the driver installs it will be correct and if it then causes the screen to go funny it usually means a dead card.

No i dont have another machine.. When i bought it ,he said will be compatible with M57TU. But i think it is the same laptop with M57RU. Is that right?
But i saw they have diferrent bios between them.

The M570TU and I think it's the same for the M570RU, do not have a video card whitelist as far as I know. Any MXM 2.0 card will work in them regardless of BIOS. I have tested officially incompatible video cards in my M570TU, including a 9600M and they worked.
My impression is that the video card is faulty.

Same from what you have said, the card is likely dead.
