    Interested in replacing my X-530's with a set of Z5500s.
    I've read that the speakers support SPDIF input, would I be correct in saying that SPDIF can support 5.1? I would really like to make use of all 5 speakers, rather than just splitting the left + right =/

    So the M860TU SPDIF is coaxial and not optical? I have Z-5500's but haven't tried to connect them because I didn't buy a mini optical toslink adapter yet. It's a good thing too if the output is coaxial.
