Yes. They are both the M98NU. Only the first is to be sold in the UK, whilst the other would be in Canada~

They are still in the testing stage so preorders don't really show the exact pricing yet.

But I believe the Novatech model is already on sale.

Why would they sell 2 versions of the M98NU?

No reseller has the M98NU in stock yet. Novatech rarely shows it's ETS on their website. They seem to be selling it with two different configurations that are not customizable. Eurocom is selling it with full customization.

Yeah Novatech sells all of it's notebooks as preconfigured setups, so they give you a standard and a premium option.

Eurocom? Well, I wouldn't buy from Eurocom, ever. They overcharge for upgrades, doubling the prices on HDDs.

yp, but if you want the twin 280 option you have no choice... which is a real shame. when it comes to upgrading my current clevo it will probably be to this chassis and I may see if I can speak to novatech directly.

newp, Novatech have their detail about it up there now.

As always i'll be comparing all places that sell the thing, and best price & service will get my business :) Will the kobalt one be as configurable as the one on the eurocom website? Novatech are just down the road from me which is quite a bit of a bonus too tbh.

okies, had a browse - very impressed with customisable option on your other laptops, just waiting for it to be on the comanche sli one now (link is broken!) also 3 year warranty is good - thats how long i'd want this thing to last, if thats available on it too.

Do you offer this without an OS (or atleast one with an upgrade to windows 7around the corner) also the laser etching, I wasn't planning but do you have a 'stock design' area on your website? :D

    Hi

SLI page will be up later today hopefully, to answer your other points:

    - we can deliver without an OS, at the moment we just take the price for Vista HP off the laptop. Windows 7 will be out in Novermber last I heard so there is a bit of a wait

    -
Laser etching on the 980NU won't be an option unfortunately because of the lit badge and material
