    Does something like this (with Kabylake-R) exist with either a MX150 or 1050? I like the low weight and profile of this, but I need dedicated graphics.

    Yup, not for this model. I'm hoping that there will eventually be Clevo Kabylake-R's paired with dGPU as I can't find any no matter what the form factor is.
