Hello I bought the laptop <1 year ago. Few months ago, I had problems with battery, so I got a replacement. I think it worked fine for few days, and then again I started having problems.

I am still not sure, but I think it happens when my computer is hot, and I switch battery (even if it's full). It keep running even at high temperature at AC power, but crash immediately on battery. And sometime I can start it again on battery for few minutes (possible because of battery cooling period).

How do I fix the issue? I have already bought a new battery, and it didn't helped :/

Could it be a bad battery connector? If you replaced the battery once, you might be able to visually inspect it.

Does this happen at low loads? Are you running the machine at full tilt when you disconnect the power?

Does it make any beeps before shutting off? Do you have an temp monitoring software to see what temps you are running?

Ok sorry for late reply. I tried to understand the problem. I have notice normal CPU temperature can be around 95C(?) when on AC power and under bit of load. But when I switch to battery, it decides it's too much and crash/hibernate on its own immediately.

I don't really know who to blame here? I have tried uninstalling clevo control center to see if it's the culprit (preventing factory fan settings). I have never updated BIOS and original BIOS didn't had any problem for first few months, so I am certain BIOS is not problem (I even tried resetting bios settings today).

There are no differences in temperature monitoring on battery and AC, can you please answer the previous questions asked?

I cannot believe. I tighten the harddisk screw and reinserted the RAM in slot two days ago. No problem since :/

It could be the ram was loose and pulling the power out was knocking the machine.
