I am right now looking into buying the Clevo N960TF with i7-9700 & RTX 2070.
However, I found an image of the cooling solution, and it makes me worried that it will thermal throttle.
Also, the power adapter provides 230 W, so, could there be power throtteling?

    What do you think?

There is a second fan and more heatpipes under the plastic on the left.

It can't be much though as there is not much space for heatpipes under the plastic. Why are they under the plastic, anyway?

And do you think it will be enough to cool an i7-9700 and a RTX 2070?

It's not exposed as it's not user upgradable and the is more room than you would think, it's the whole other half of the heatsink setup.
