I got Clevo P150EM with I7 3740QM and GTX 680M. it wont pass windows logo when AC adaptor connected, while on battery it works fine without any problem. I've noticed that there is yellow icon on GTX 680M in device manager error code 10 after installing driver error code 43. I did just flash Clevo bios Clevo.GTX680M.4096.120530. But still same problem.

Will it boot into safe mode on battery? Sounds like it may be a gpu hardware issue.

Yes on battery it works fine, even it boot into safe mode on AC supply. I noticed that whenever system force to use GTX 680, screen get freeze. I know it issue related to 680m, is there anyway to recover card? Also sometimes on battery there is no yellow icon error on 680m.

Try taking the card out, clean all contacts and double check the pads/paste job.

Actually i did, also removed black plastic coating around die and cleaned. Today mornin, i did test Clevo 680M with my Alienware 18x R2 (removed both AMD cards). Aw R2 did boot up but there was slightly display image corruption, similar like below image but not tht much.

sounds like a card problem obviously. RIP, image corruption are linked to your card and not your PC, thankfully it's not the motherboard. If it boots on battery maybe it's linked to a problem that appears when the card reach a certain Wattage.

yeahh it is card issue and only kicks in when card core clock pass 300mhz. Is there any way to recover card?

You could try baking it or tweaking voltage levels at 3d clocks.

I tried already bakin it, around 8min at 170C. Still same issue. Actually im goin to upgrade my Alienware with Dual 980M and im thinkin to put one of Dell 7970m to clevo system, will it work i know i can flash clevo Vbios. just to make sure i dont want to damage another card.

Typically they don't but with a system to recover the card with you could try slapping a clevo bios on it and testing it.

I've tried one of Dell 7970M on Clevo, but system keep makin beeping noise about 1 min. then shutdown itself. I didnt not flash Clevo bios on Dell 7970m. i've just gone through some of previous experiments and many ppl claim that Dell card wont work on Clevo system as Clevo MB wont able to read temp. from GPU and shutdown system.

Yes that's what happens, since the EC schemes of the two companies differ the EC panics and shuts down when it can't read the GPU sensor info.

The GPU you were referring to in the OP is that a Dell card as well.
As you mentioned Dell cards do not play well in Clevo computer, over the years we've heard of just a handful which have gotten them to work. Typically only Clevo cards will work in a Clevo machine. I would say it works when on battery because it is using the build in video on the Intel CPU. If you want to try to salvage your Clevo your best bet would be to get a Clevo GPU.

Well it should since it's officially supported unless there is a motherboard issue of some kind.
